Vegetarian Stir-fry Noodles

IngredientsQuantities
1. Wheat Noodles150g
2. Dried Mushroom4-5 pcs or around 1/2 Cup
3. Hard Tofu1/2 pcs
4. Cabbage1/2 head
5. Carrot1/4 Cup
6. Mushroom sauce1+1/2 tbsp
7. Vegetarian Soy Sauce2 tbsp
8. Vegetable Oil2 tbsp

How to Make Stir-Fried Vegetarian Noodles (Mee Sua)

  1. Prepare all the ingredients:

         -   Cut the tofu into small, bite-sized cubes.

         -   Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, then squeeze out the excess water and slice them into thin strips.

         -   Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

         -   Julienne or dice the carrot into small cubes, depending on your preference.

     2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add cooking oil, and once hot, fry the tofu until it turns a light golden yellow.

     3. Add the shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry together with the tofu.

     4. Add Mee Sua noodles and the vegetables to the pan. Season to taste and stir-fry over high heat until the vegetables are cooked.

     5. Transfer to a plate and serve.

Stir-fried rice noodles with egg and minced pork
Ingredients Quantities
1. Rice Noodles (Small) 200 g
2. eggs 2
3. Minced pork 150 grams
4. Chopped garli 1 tablespoon
5. Spring onions 4 stalks (optional, add according to preference)
6. Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
7. Seasoning sauce 1 tablespoon
8. Granulated sugar 1 teaspoon
9. Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
