How to Make Stir-fried rice noodles with egg and minced pork
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Once hot, sauté the chopped garlic until lightly golden.
2. Add the minced pork and stir-fry until fully cooked. Push the pork to one side of the pan to make space, then put the eggs. Stir and scramble the eggs until cooked, breaking them into pieces.
3. Add a little more oil if needed, then add the rice noodles. Pour in a small amount of water to help soften the noodles. Season with light soy sauce, seasoning sauce, and sugar (or adjust to taste). Stir-fry the noodles with the other ingredients until the noodles are tender and well mixed.
4. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
5. Add the chopped spring onions, stir to combine, and transfer to a plate. Serve hot.
